Center Ranked Among Best In Business Week’s Biennial Executive Education Survey

The Center for Creative Leadership has been ranked first for leadership programs and seventh overall among the Top 20 providers of nondegree programs for executives in the Executive Education Special Report published by BusinessWeek. The Center is the only non-business school ranked among prestigious business schools, including Harvard, Michigan and Wharton (Pennsylvania).

In addition to the overall ranking, the corporate management development executives surveyed by BusinessWeek also picked their favorites in specialized courses. In addition to its number one ranking for Leadership programs, CCL was ranked third in Custom work, third in Innovation and fifth in Human Resources.

For the first time, BusinessWeek's biennial executive education survey included the key private and nonprofit companies in the market, along with traditional business schools. To establish the rankings, BusinessWeek surveyed 273 corporate management development executives within some of America's largest corporations as well as international companies. The special report, in addition to rankings, provides in-depth information about the current state of executive education, the needs of business and profiles of business schools and other providers.

BusinessWeek's Executive Education Special Report appeared in the Oct. 18, 1999 issue of the magazine.
