Visual thinking is key to effective leadership in the face of complex challenges. CCL has two image-based tools for use by leaders and leadership development professionals that enhance visual thinking and promote creative leadership. Visual Explorer™ and Leadership Metaphor Explorer™ work by putting powerful images and metaphors in the middle of engaging conversations that create shared direction, alignment and commitment.
In this webinar participants will:
- Learn how visual thinking promotes creative and effective leadership
- Experience Visual Explorer™ and Leadership Metaphor Explorer™ and the wide application of each tool
- Practice the basics of a creative leadership conversation using these visual tools
Target audience:
- Practicing leaders who need tools to build direction, alignment and commitment
- Leadership Development Professionals
Maximizing the Value of the Webinar
