About the Presenter

Richard J. Walsh Prior to joining CCL, Rich served as executive and founding director of the Center for Leadership and Executive Development. The Center was formed as a unique partnership of over thirty global firms such as Emerson, Procter & Gamble, NCR, US Air Force, and others. Its mission was to provide custom leadership solutions, organizational change, and coaching services tailored to the needs of senior executives. Rich continues to provide C-level coaching services to select executives as president of The Leaders Counsel. Rich earned a BS in Business Administration concentrating in Management from Northeastern University, and an MBA concentrating in International Marketing from the University of Dayton. He attended post-graduate programs at Harvard University specializing in Business & Social Ethics and is now pursuing his Doctorate of Business Administration (DBA). He holds a number of professional certifications and serves on several boards of companies and professional associations. Born and raised in Boston, he and his family currently live in North Carolina. |
