In today's business world, the complexity and pace of change can be daunting. Adaptability is no longer a nicety or coping mechanism, but a necessary skill for leaders to develop in order to respond effectively to change. Even so, leaders rarely know what they can do to become more adaptable and foster adaptability in others.

In this session you will:

  • Learn why adaptability is important for leaders.
  • Identify the obstacles to adaptability.
  • Gain a greater understanding of the three elements of adaptability.
  • Learn how to develop your own adaptability and to foster it in others, thereby becoming more effective for yourself, the people you lead, and your organization.

Target Audience: Individuals managing their own, and others feelings, through change in an organization.

Maximizing the Value of the Webinar

  • Invite others to participate. Structure a group "lunch and learn" session and invite other colleagues to attend.
  • Debrief the lessons learned. Set aside time at the end of the Webinar to discuss takeaways, and how they apply to your group or organization
  • Tap into your training budget. Ask your HR group or manager to underwrite the Webinar as part of your organization's ongoing staff development effort.
