Leadership Development Program and Foundations of Leadership

Since 2007 Mobinil senior managers have taken part in CCL open enrollment Leadership Development Programs in Brussels on a regular basis.

Between 2008 and 2010, CCL has delivered several Leadership Development Programs in Cairo for Mobinil, which have been attended by almost one hundred senior managers. During the same period around two hundred Mobinil managers have attended customized Foundations of Leadership Programs.

The assessments which form part of the courses uncovered the potential for development and growth of all participants.

They gained a common understanding of the most important competencies for effective leadership. Mobinil managers were also able to implement the transfer of learning in the workplace in a consistent manner. Acquired knowledge and enhanced leadership skills contributed to the creation of a culture based on best leadership practices.
