CCL's Flagship Program Delivers Results in Europe

Redesigned for European clients, CCL's Leadership Development Program (LDP) has demonstrably helped many individual leaders and organizations grow their leadership knowledge and behaviors. Surveys of several hundred executives and managers who have completed LDP in Europe reveal the program has sparked significant changes in the leadership knowledge and behaviors of participants.

According to a new report developed by CCL's Evaluation Center, 100% of program participants reported the program delivered individual and organizational impact. A further key finding was that 96% of participants' colleagues confirmed LDP had an impact at the individual level, while 92% of participants' colleagues said the program had an impact at the organizational level.
