31 May 2011 - Brussels - Need help with a leadership question or challenge? A treasure trove of resources on every aspect of effective leadership, specifically tailored for the Europe, Middle East & Africa region, is now available from the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL) at www.ccl.org/emea.

"This extraordinary wealth of information comes from 40 years of exclusive focus on leadership research and education, and is continually updated and enhanced," says Rudi Plettinx, VP & Managing Director, CCL-EMEA. "We've created a better way to access it on a continuous basis (24/7), offering analysis, insight and tools for leadership at every level and in every kind of organization."

The new web pages include a Solution Finder with guidance for selecting the best programs and tools to address specific leadership challenges whatever the individual or organization needs, plus webinars, podcasts, White Papers, research reports, videos and extracts from CCL's books such as Discovering the Leader in You.

Users can subscribe to a newsletter for the latest information about new research, books, webinars and other leadership development essentials.

"We've made sure that our site is in sync with top-of-mind leadership concerns of C-suite executives, senior managers, HR directors and also journalists throughout EMEA," Rudi Plettinx continues. "For example, I've been asked about preventing career derailment, bridging cultural differences, accelerating performance, driving innovation and change, and crisis leadership, to name some current concerns. Resources and tools to address all of those, and more, can be found on our site."

The new site also features a Community section for alumni and clients, as well as a dedicated Media Corner for journalists.
