Enrollment

How do I apply to a program?

You may register:

  • online at www.ccl.org/registration (our Web site allows you to register electronically through our secure site),
  • or you can download and e-mail your completed registration form to ccl.europe@ccl.org,
  • or you can register by phone: CCL - Europe, Middle East, Africa at +32 (0)2 679 09 10.

There is no application fee.

Within two business days we will provide you with a registration confirmation or contact you with any questions we have regarding your enrollment.

What preparation is required before I attend the program?

Self-awareness is a key aspect of each of our programs. As such, participants in most of our programs will be asked to fill out several assessment surveys. Certain surveys also require that evaluations be completed by the participant's direct reports, peers, and superiors. The surveys will be sent to you at least eight weeks prior to your program date and you will be given a deadline for completion. It is important that you, and those completing assessments about you, adhere to this deadline in order to allow CCL sufficient time to compile a feedback report for you. This feedback report will offer you valuable insight and is an important tool in your program. Missing the deadline could jeopardize your attendance in the program.

You will be using CCL's Internet Assessment System to complete your assessments. These assessments are confidential and all data collected belongs solely to you for your own development.

When a program is specially designed for your company, the coordinator for your company will contact you regarding pre-program work.

Where will my program take place in EMEA?

Most open-enrollment programs are held in Brussels, Belgium. Some programs are also available in Jodoigne (Belgium), Portugal and Switzerland.

Please consult the global schedule for updated information concerning locations.

For custom solutions, the program location will be determined by CCL and your organization.

Where can I get my password to begin my program pre-work?

Upon registration for an OE program, you will receive an e-mail providing you with all the information to connect to the requested site (address, login and password).

Upon registration for a custom program and in order to connect to the requested site, you will either receive an email containing an encrypted link or an email with a link, user name, and password, or in some cases, you will receive both mails.

What do I do if I forgot my password?

Simply click on the "Forgot password" link at the myCCL log-in screen if you are enrolled for an OE program. You will receive an email with a link to set up a new password.

If you are enrolled for a custom program, either a forgot password button will prompt you to answer a security question which you chose when you set your account up or you will have to contact your CCL program coordinator.

About the programs

In which languages are programs available?

All open-enrollment programs exist in English.

Our highly qualified trainers and coaches are fluent in two or more languages.

Custom solutions may be organized in another European language.

What is the usual class size?

The class size varies, depending on the program. The minimum number of participants is 12 and the maximum is 24 (except for Leadership at the Peak, where the minimum is four and the maximum is 12 participants).

In general, CCL recommends enrolling no more than two participants from the same company in a program on a certain date. This ensures that participants experience a "safe" environment within the classroom, allowing all to openly share, discuss issues related to their development, and feel comfortable that a level of confidentiality will be maintained. If there is interest in a program with participants solely from one organization, our custom solution options should be investigated. Do I receive a certificate at the end of the program? All participants in our open-enrollment programs receive a certificate on completion of the program.

Logistics/Accommodations

What is the dress code at CCL?

Dress code is casual. We recommend that you bring comfortable shoes. Temperatures in the classroom vary, so a light jacket, sweater, or long-sleeved shirt may be needed. Some evening events may require more formal wear. Details will be communicated to you by your Program Coordinator.

Do I need to make an hotel reservation?

Participants are responsible for making their own hotel reservations. In our experience, thanks to the convenient location of the program, most participants choose to stay at the designated hotel selected by CCL. Please note that CCL pre-reserves a block of rooms for participants at the designated hotel. The deadline for all reservations is set one month prior to the program and the group allocation is limited. The fees for the hotel accommodations, including breakfast and city taxes, must be settled by the participant at check-out from the hotel.

If you wish to make alternative arrangements or have additional accommodations questions, contact your CCL Coordinator at +32 (0) 2 679 09 10, or e-mail us at .

Accommodations information for custom solutions will be provided to you by the person organizing the program.

Are meals provided? What about special meals?

Breakfast is provided each morning at the designated hotel and is included in your hotel rate. Lunches and snacks, including vegetarian options, are provided by CCL and are included in your tuition.

For custom solutions, please refer to the contact person within your organization for this information.
