Boundary Spanning Leadership is the title of a new best-selling book from the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL) that explains how to re-energise and focus your organization, building a new culture of cooperation: and do this by crossing those boundaries in new, effective ways. This workshop is designed to help organizational professionals understand the principles of Boundary Spanning Leadership and use them in practice in their own day-to-day work. The workshop will be led by one of Boundary Spanning Leadership's co-authors, Chris Ernst, supported by CCL's head of Africa, Steadman Harrison.
