This research report presents the findings of a two-year study that compared managers' views on effective leadership in Europe and the United States. Perceptions of work-related values of effective leaders and team members in Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, the United Kingdom, and the United States were measured using SYMLOG, a group-level assessment tool, and the results were analyzed for similarities and differences.
