Coaching is a major part of CCL - EMEA's open-enrolment programmes and custom solutions and we also offer a suite of professional coaching options through our associate team of CCL-certified feedback coaches located across Europe.
These offerings draw on the Center's long understanding of the effectiveness of individual assessment, feedback and support - three elements found in all of our leadership programs. Our feedback coaches have demonstrated the powerful effect one-to-one coaching has in motivating and focusing individual leaders and teams.
CCL - EMEA matches its coaches and individuals according to common native language, cultural background, international experience and personal preferences to the extent possible. This is made possible by the diversity of our leadership coaches, whose credentials include at least five years of coaching experience, strong business and organisational knowledge, and fluency in at least two languages.
