Assesses an individual's attraction to specific occupational areas, as well as the level of confidence in performing related tasks. Survey focuses on careers that require post-secondary education.

Uses standardized scales and a reference sample of 5,225 employed men and women. Introduces a new model for occupational orientations representing the major subsets of the world of work.

Certification Requirements
Facilitators of Campbell™ Development Surveys must have a degree in business, psychology, industrial relations or a related field. For CISS, facilitators must also have completed a test or measurement course or attended a CISS workshop.
