The Center for Creative Leadership (CCL) is seeking talented business professionals to expand its leadership development operations in APAC (Singapore and India). For over three decades, CCL has conducted research and provided a broad variety of leadership development offerings to leaders and organizations. CCL is ranked No. 3 overall in the 2010 Financial Times worldwide survey of executive education providers. CCL, for the seventh consecutive year, is the only institution in the survey focused exclusively on leadership education and research, placing it in the company of many of the world's elite business schools. CCL is celebrating its fifth year in APAC and has recently established a presence in India after serving the Indian market from the Singapore office.
The successful candidate will have a history of 5 years of revenue driven business development experience; significant accomplishments in partnering effective client-focused business strategies; a proven history of effective leadership in a geographically dispersed, matrix organization and strong client focus. The successful candidate should have at least 2 years of industry related experience in either: Consulting, Learning & Development or Executive Education.
Principal Duties
- Supports company strategy by leading regional business development efforts
- Proactively develops and maintains client and constituency relationships through targeted business development and account management within the specified region.
- Generates revenue based leadership development initiatives.
- Drives a solution-focused client strategy. Identifies and develops market-based partnerships to extend reach and drive revenue
- Collaborates with all internal business-line managers and colleagues to ensure high quality and value-based client relations are developed and managed
- Interacts with senior executive level customers
- Collaborates with marketing in promoting Center's offerings in a designated region
- Works closely with project managers and designers to develop the most appropriate offering to clients
Required Education and Experience
- Undergraduate degree in business administration, MBA preferred
- 5 years of solutions selling experience with 2 years in related industry in either: Consulting, Learning & Development or Executive Education.
- Knowledge of leadership development or Executive Education sector

- Pan India business and consultative background
- Proven track record of revenue driven sales
- Strong client-centric focus
- Excellent consultative and strategic selling skills
- Experienced negotiator
- Fluency in English
- Good organizational skills, and verbal communication skills
- Excellent proposal writing and presentation skills
- Ability to use discretion regarding confidentiality of customer information
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Willing to be located at either Delhi-Gurgaon or Bangalore
